We put our LO down for bed at 1030-11pm. He'll sleep for 4ish hours the
first stretch (eat, change diaper) and then will sleep about 3hrs for
the second stretch...then he's up. This isn't too bad. We've even gotten
a 5hr stretch in there a couple times. Curious how your little ones do?
I can't wait til we get to sleep the whole night! My LO weighs about 12lbs now.

For the past week my son goes to bed at 8, wakes up between 2:30-3, then again around 5:30-6:00...that long stretch of sleep is glorious! ha..hoping this stays! He is 11lbs
Right now, she goes down between 9:30 and 10:30 and usually sleeps until 2:30-4:00 (avg 5 hrs) and then will go about 3, but 90% of the time, if I cuddle her, sh'ell go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours.

She's yet to have a consistent schedule through the night. I've been trying to get her in bed by 10ish. Some nights she's up to eat every 3 hours, some times she'll stretch it to 4 or 5. Several weeks ago we had a couple of 6 hour nights, but those vanished. I'm hoping they'll come back soon. She's usually awake for the day around 7am, give or take an hour.
She also will take a 3 hour nap in the afternoon most days, so I try to nap then as well. All her other naps are short (1 hour or less).
The exact day I started using a sleep sack I started getting a 5-6 hr stretch, then after a feed (1hr) another 2-3 hrs. Sometimes he will feed and then go back don for another 2 hours.
His daytime nps are totally unpredictable though so I'm trying to implement the 'easy' routine.
Ds is 8 weeks and 13lbs.

Took Easton to the doc at 6 weeks and he weighed 11.9 and before the appt was only sleeping for 3 or 4 hrs at a time. The doc asked how long he was sleeping at night and said usually around 6 weeks they start sleeping a little longer...what do you know, 2 days later, he started sleeping for 6 or 7 hrs at a time. I couldnt believe it. It's been much needed!
