There is the Lori Jensen 3 day e-book, which I just started using last week. For us, it took about 1 week for the daytime and it worked. For nighttime, it didn't work for us yet.
We just finished day 3 of the Lori Jensen method. It worked like a charm. My son started to really get it by the end of day one. We have been putting a nighttime diaper on him at night because we did not think he would be ready for nighttime training but guess what? He is....not a single wet diaper since we began!
Her method does work but I think we also lucked out because my son was really ready to do it and interested in going potty.
Lora Jensen, like PPers have said. For peeing, it worked within 2 days. For poop, it took a week, and getting over her fear of pooping on the potty, which involved us buying her children's books about poop and lots of rewards. Nightime has been up and down, but we've only had 2 accidents overnight in over a week, so I think that's pretty awesome too. she wakes up a little earlier now since she has to pee, but i'll take it.
Thanks, ladies. So is it just an ebook? I googled her and found some complaints where people couldn't download the file and couldn't get ahold of anyone or were refused a refund.

It is an ebook. I had no trouble downloading, except I had to "change my password" in order to actually create an account. Maybe that's what the problem was? If you've been able to download pdf files before, you shouldn't have any issues.
For those who have bought the ebook - is it simply a pdf that I could then forward on to a friend? A friend and I were discussing the possibility of sharing the cost - but wondered if that's actually possible. Is there just a log in for the website resources that we could then share? Thanks for sharing any details
