I typically go 4-5x/week and usually do high impact (lots of jumping, skipping, etc.) along with 5lb weights or medium resistance bands and floor/ball exercises.
I already switched to low impact but should I think about making any other modifications ie to weight, not doing floor, or going less frequently? I know if I just tell the instructor they can help me through modifications and "look out" for me but I haven't told anyone except DH yet and we're not quite ready to unless I really have to...

I did jazzercise for a while last fall before we were TTC. I ended up hurting my back pretty badly with some of the arm/weight routines, so I stopped.
I now practice yoga regularly. I told my yoga instructor about being pregnant the day after our BFP, when I went to class. I told her we weren't really telling people yet. She was grateful that I told her because she was then able to help me make modifications so I can practice safely and don't overheat. Since then she's been really good at discreetly making adjustments and modification so that I practice safely but without making a big deal about it.
I've been going less-frequently than normal(3x a week vs. 4/5x a week), but that's mostly because we've been busy and I've been very tired. When I feel good, I'll be at yoga class. :-)
