  Being GBS+ is thankfully not a big deal (unless you were planning on a home birth, then I don't know if you could receive antibiotics at home), but I hope your BP goes down for you and baby!

  Sorry! I hope you are able to get your BP under control ASAP so you can stay with tr birth center. GBS is a little less urgent but still annoying, I was positive with this last pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you!

  Thanks ladies. I feel much better today. My BP has been normal at home. I think it's because I made the mistake of having a grilled cheese and fries for lunch and my appt being moved up 2 hours and rushing around in the ridiculous heat. Last night and this morning my BP was in normal range. I'll keep track o my numbers and hopefully all will be well next week.

  I hope your BP continues to stay down. It is amazing how little it takes to get it to go over the top. I borrowed a BP machine last pregnancy to monitor myself at home because I was afraid of this. I would use it when I was relaxed and I trusted those readings more than when I was rushing from work to my midwives and I was all nervous or anxious. 

  I was GBS+ and it wasn't a big deal. I had a home birth and they gave me antibiotics at home. They had a really hard time getting a vein and I was having a fast labour and they assured me that even if they didn't get it in, in time it was a very small risk of something happening because of that.
