How do I include a picture in my Sig?

I uploaded pictures to my bump account but I cannot figure out how to include them on my sig.

Also it has a birthdate for me as my original due date under my profile and I cannot figure out how to update that.

    When I go to edit and update avatar and sig there is no place for me to choose tech support. I click on my profile then edit/update avatar and sig. In forums signature there are no options.
