All the symptoms state that I should be having a "wattery mouth" or extra salvation, but I am experiencing the exact opposite. I have a dry mouth all day long.I am drinking loads of water too.
I was having issues with this an nighttime. I would wake up with really soar cracked lips from such a dry mouth. And I was drinking about two and half quarts of water a day at the time. But, at my last us, the baby's heartbeat was a little fast, so my Dr told me to drink even MORE water. So, I've increased my intake to about 3.5 - 4.5 quarts a day, and I noticed a change in my mouth being less dry right away.
I thought I was drinking tons of water, but I guess it still wasn't enough. I still have to pee just as often, not really that much more since I was already going really often, lol.
But good luck!

During my first pregnancy I definitely experienced the watery mouth thing, but this time around it's the opposite, my mouth is dry all the time. I talked to my dr. about it and she said as long as I was drinking my water it was nothing to worry about. It's extremely uncomfortable though. Try some hard candy (peppermint with real peppermint oil helps m/s too), that helps temporarily.
I seem to be extra drooly during the day, and if I fall asleep on the couch, I drool for sure. But when I wake up in the morning my mouth, it's dry. Strange. More annoying is the nasty taste I can't get rid of.
