still pregnant - hoping the full moon works its magic

I know there must be a few of us left in this boat.  My induction is scheduled for Friday, but I'd love to get this show on the road naturally tonight, even if it means a 4th of July baby.  I'm not real keen on the idea of my kid sharing their birthday with a major holiday, but I am keen on getting it out.  I'm past due and I can just feel it getting bigger in there.  I want to get it out while it still fits out the right hole.  Also, my pelvis hurts. /whiny rant

Congrats to everyone who's had their babies, and thanks for sharing birth stories.  Even though I'm still stuck in waiting land, it's still so nice to read about everyone's LO's who have arrived already and how special those first few weeks are.

    Come on full moon!! I hope your LO arrives soon!

    Oh and my wedding anniversary is on the 4th of July. Some people said it would be annoying to share with a holiday but my H & I think it's fun. I think a July 4th birthday would be fun for a child. Just my 2 cents. ;)

    I'm five days overdue and hoping the same thing.  I just found out a few minutes ago that my induction is scheduled for tomorrow at 6 pm!  So either way I'll be done soon, but I would still prefer to avoid the induction.  The worst part about being overdue?  I made it to 40 weeks without a single stretch mark on my belly (I had tons on my boobs, thighs, hips and sides, but none on my belly). And when I wake up on 40w 1d, BAM! stretch marks all over my stomach! Go figure.
