BM is back to herself!

Recently, my DH and I went to court to get his CO adjusted. We ended up getting the standard possession order with stipulations (must use OFW website to communicate and 1-week notice to get SS), CS, and BM must be present if she wants to let SS see her mother.

Well, the week of court BM said she could not/would not use the website. She had her lawyer send DH a notice that she was going to come get SS this past weekend, and our lawyer said we would have to comply.

She made a huge deal about how she was coming with her BSC mother, and ended up not showing. This morning DH and I got on her FB and she was literally 10 min away from us all weekend. She dumped her two other kids with someone, and partied with her new boyfriend.

BM has two other children, 2 yo boy and a 4 mo old girl. She is married, but they are split for the time being (not legally). Her new boyfriend just had a baby with his 18yo gf a little over a week ago. BM was living in government housing in a town 45 min away, but according to Facebook she has been in our town for a few weeks. We have no idea if she still has the house or is bumming off people again. She had a car and a job when we went to court, but I doubt she has either any more because she is having fun going out now.

The judge told her lawyer that if she didn't start making an effort he was going to come down hard on her. So here's to praying she keeps up her antics and gets cut out of SS's life completely.

Oh and please pray for her other children. They really don't have anyone to look out for them. SS's life with her in it is rough, but I can't imagine what it is like for her other kids to have to depend on her. I wish someone would take them in and protect them from her. It hurts my heart to know what she puts those poor kids through.
