    I was a Boston (Cambridge) nanny before I got pregnant. I always found my families on Care.com. Some people also post on craigslist, but I've heard horror stories of the 100+ emails that flood through and most are very unqualified people.

    I am on the north shore and use Sittercity.com. I have always had a lot of luck with them! Especially with school just letting out, there will be a lot of people looking for a position!
