Wish me luck....

in Late Term and Child Loss

Not only is tonight my first night back to work since we lost our Colter but it is my first night in a new job at a new hospital. Thankfully it is a sister hospital to the old one that I worked at and I keep my old boss and many of my same coworkers, they have been super supportive. I am excited and so very nervous.... Here's hoping it goes well. :/

    Good luck! I found that work could be helpful to pass the hours, but it was hard for me to have people expecting things from me. I hope it goes well for you!

    Mom to Eliott Alexander, born sleeping at 37 weeks on 8/13/10. Most of us only dream of angels - I held one in my arms.

    The first day back is really rough but it does get gradually easier, and can be a good distraction.  I hope it went well.

    We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013.  We love her to pieces.  

    We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011.  She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

    Thanks for all of the luck. It went pretty good. We were busy enough for the time to go by really quickly and there was nothing that triggered anything for me. All in all, pretty successful... :) Of course today I am exhausted!!
