update to nanny situation

DH and i decided to send DD to a home-based daycare.  they are nearly half of what we are paying our nanny now-- i was very surprised how relatively affordable they are.  hopefully we'll find something good!

    Good luck! I'd make sure you'd mention what a great rate you're getting IN PERSON to your current nanny. You might also mention that if she wants to strongarm people for cash in the future that she go about it a little more professionally and maybe won't lose all of her clients that way. Just my opinion haha, that whole thing irks me!
