Ack! I missed Sunday. Sorry ladies. I didn't even get on the computer yesterday (except to pay a bill. yuck) So here it is, a day late and a dollar short (from paying said bill). Happy Monday, y'all!

    Last weeks successes: Meh.. nothing really exciting :( .. but I did leave LO for an hour and a half to go get my hair done...

    Fitness goals: Walk when I can
    Nutrition goals: Don't eat so many dang sweets!
    Self care goals: Don't stress about the move! T-6 wake-ups

  • I think going to get you hair done is a big success! I'm forever with my hair in a braid and can't imagine having the time or money to get my hair done. Good for you!

    Long term goal: Lose 45lbs
    Milestones towards goal: Down 10lbs by end of July.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Got on my elliptical 3 times (eeek should have been 4). But lost 1.5 lbs.

    Fitness goals: Elliptical 4 times. 
    Nutrition goals: Keep cutting down on sweets. Last week was good. 
    Self care goals: Get to bed an hour earlier then I have been. 
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: It's just going to keep getting easier.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I had my first weigh in under 160.  Yay! (159.5, but it's still under 160)

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN: (fill in any that are appropriate for you for this week)
    Fitness goals: Workout 5 days. C25k week 2 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 30DS on Tuesday and Thursday
    Nutrition goals:Stick with goals from last week:Drink 2-3 liters of water daily, eat about 2000 cals per day, space out meals/snacks so I'm eating at LEAST every 3 hours... add on: make sure I eat at least 2 fruits per day
    Self care goals:take care of tendonitis problems so i can eventually add yoga back into my workout routine
    Mantra/positive thought for the week:Slow but steady...
    Miscellaneous goals:Work on stopping all the negative self talk and unrealistic expectations I have for myself. Schedule our vacation (or at least get it researched)

    Long term goal: 125lbs and a mostly rregular workout schedule. 

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: as of this morning I'm back down to my pp weight!  10 lbs more To go.  Fitting into pre-pregnancy shorts, although they're a little tight.  Also, got a haircut, finally.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: work out a least once.
    Nutrition goals: continue to eat healthy, whole foods, and go easy on the carbs.
    Miscellaneous goals: going back to work on Thursday!  Sticking to a schedule that works.

    Last weeks successes: We went camping and it was a success!  Packing & unpacking were a little tough, but DH pitched in on the unpacking.

    Fitness goals:  Walk at least 2 times this week
    Nutrition goals:  Drink a glass of water before I have a pop or iced tea
    Self care goals:  leave LO with DH for a night and go to golf with friends.

    Mantra/positive thought for the week:  a clean house is a happy house--I really need to clean.  :)
    Miscellaneous goals: get birth announcements in the mail.

  • Warm Fuzzy Plan - Main goal is to reach wedding weight. 135 lbs. Milestones - try to loose at least a pound a week.

     Bragging Zone - LOST 2 lbs this last week - woohoo! Another 27 lbs to go!

    This Weeks Plans - At least 3 days working out on elliptical and working on toning tummy exercises.

    Last weeks successes: I drank more water and found a reasonable way to feed my sweet tooth -- Dove dark chocolate pieces in a bowl up high inside a cupboard. That way I know I have chocolate in the house, but it's not sitting out on the counter and I have to make an effort to get it. :)

    Fitness goals: exercise 3x
    Nutrition goals: increase fruit/vegetable intake 
    Self care goals: get some me-time

    Last weeks successes: Stepped on scale at mom's yesterday & it said 130! Don't know if it's right or not....I don't feel like I've lost weight.

    Nutrition goals: drink more water, less soda
    Self care goals: don't overdue it & attempt to sleep

    Milestones towards goal: 155, 150, 145, 140, 135!!

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: well, it's this week, today actually! I weighed in 154 at docs office for my pp visit!! Short term goal one, check!

    Fitness goals: start walking once a day, weather permitting.  Also, blow up the yoga ball I bought and start some an workouts


    Nutrition goals: stop eating fast food.  It's been the only easy thing when I've been out with LO and it's definitely got to stop.


    Self care goals: I will blow my hair out this week!


    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I've gotten one short term goal down, time for the next!!!

    Last weeks successes: bought some regular clothes.  one size bigger than pre-pregnancy but made me feel cute.  Hopefully I'll get back to my regular size sooner than later.

    Fitness goals: walk 2 times and try to do a short jog
    Nutrition goals: will not buy oreo cookies and try to eat more fruit instead of carbs
    Self care goals: try really hard to get a hair cut to start my new job
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Enjoy these early weeks b/c I can never go back to re-live them. 
    Miscellaneous goals: Clean out closets so I can weed out clothes I will never wear again.
