Heather Age 34 Current Weight 164 Goal weight- 127 Height 5'4
I started P90X last Wednesday and have been doing it everyday. I try to get it in durning my lunch hour at work because we have a gym up stairs and have to fight to fit it in on the weekend.
I have not lost a SINGLE pound yet and am super sore. I can totally feel the lack of stomach muscles. However, that being said. I feel so much better about my body. I feel thinner ....more in control... ![]()

Walking, running & swimming! I've lost 3lbs n the last week by swimming laps everyday. DH watches baby while I swim and then we let the LO in the pool. He loves it! Thank goodness for the in laws pool, them living close by and having a heater!!! It's helped me dropped the 50 I gained in no time!

I have been walking with DS every morning for about a month now. I started adding hills here and there. I have been able to squeeze in one yoga class a week. So I choose power yoga so I get to sweat a lot. I am hoping to start going to mom and baby zumba on friday's too. I wish LO would enjoy the jogging stroller, maybe I'll give it a try again now that he is awake for longer periods. Last few times he made it about a half of a mile and started screaming. Maybe too much stimulation?

I haven't been able to exercise much since DD1 got out of school 3 weeks ago. She has a very low attention span and doesn't nap. I can't afford to join a gym with childcare right now. I try to fit things in as I can and walk when possible. I tried to take her on a couple of walks last week, but she just loses interest and whines. I've been doing WW since a month PP, and I'm steadily losing .5 - 2 lb a week. Last week included a ton of cheating so I'll take my .4lb loss. I need to get back in the right mindset but I've been craving bad things this week. Must be hormones. I need to develop a yoga routine to target my back and core that I can do amidst both girls. We'll see
Age 28 Current Weight 140 Goal weight- 130 Height 5'4
I started going low carb which is what usually works for me to lose weight. I've lost 3 pounds this week! I'm a little nervous because I'm EBF but so far my supply doesn't seem to have changed. Once I hit my goal, I'll gradually add the whole wheat carbs back in (I eat very healthy and maintain my weight, but cutting carbs is what works for me to actually lose) to maintain and keep my supply up.
I'm also doing some weights and running. I was doing the 30DS but strained my shoulder so I've been doing a short weight workout followed by running intervals. I got new running shoes on Saturday and they have made a big difference - my old shoes were probably 5 years old and my knees were not happy when I was done running. I'm feeling pretty good now! Though I did put on a swimsuit for the first time yesterday.. wasn't feeling so good then.
Oops didn't get a chance to post on Tuesday because DD has been going through a growth spurt or wonder week and has been very fussy/clingy.
Nothing has really changed since last time. Still going on walks when it isn't too hot, and still trying to stick to the no junk food in the evenings. To accomplish that though I have had to stop buying junk food altogether, which means no junk food all day (which is a good thing). We have had the occasional treat - like the other day I had a drumstick McFlurry (which is so good btw) but it was strictly a treat not a regular occurrence.
I am feeling like I am less bloated than I was before, but clothes are still tight
