My girls have only had bananas, which they both LOVE!! Trying to figure out which fruits to try next. Which ones are soft enough for your 4/5-teethers? TIA!
LO is only 9 months but I give him bananas, apples (cooked) and chopped/peeled grapes. I think peaches are pretty soft, but I've only given them to him pureed. What about blueberries?
We do whatever fruit we eat. My kids both stopped eating baby food at about 8 months and I just cut whatever fruit we have up super small. My DS loves watermelon, berries of all kind, kiwi, peaches, pears and apples.
My 8-month-old has been eating real fruit for a while now, as he prefers to self-feed. In addition to bananas, I've given him grapes (peeled and quartered), blueberries (cut in half), nectarines (peeled and cut into 1-inch strips), apples (also pealed and cut into 1-inch strips), and Dole mandarin oranges (drained of natural juice). He's completely toothless.

Watermelon, cherries (obviously we peel and take the pit out), strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes (again we peel), pears, honey dew, bananas, and he's taken bites of apples.
Their teeth don't have anything to do with their ability I eat and chew food. The molars are the chewing teeth anyways. DS has his front four top and bottom teeth, but I've never seen him try to chew his food with them hehe.
I would try watermelon. It's pretty soft, easy to chew. And it tastes great!
One of my girls has 8 teeth and the other has 2 and they eat.. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, diced peaches, diced pears, diced apples, mandarin oranges, watermelon, and pretty much everything else we eat. If I give them grapes then I take off the skin and quarter them.

My daughter only has 4 teeth and she LOVES blackberries. Just cut or bite them in half since they are kind of big. LOVES them. She hates bananas and blueberries, but will eat watermelon.
We do mandarin oranges, bananas, pears (fairly ripe ones), apples (I'll steam or bake them first and refrigerate and feed them to DS for a few days), peaches, watermelon, cantelope, and strawberries.
"For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him." x 2
Same here. DD LOVES mangos. Sometimes we cut up most of the flesh and let her suck on the pit. Makes a huge mess but she loves it and its quite cute to watch. We just make sure to take her clothes off prior because mango stains pretty badly.
My LO is about to cut her 6th tooth and loves bananas, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, small pieces of peach, black berries, pieces of mango, and watermelon. She may have had more but those are what come to mind. She also gets strips of different kind of veggies such as sweet peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes (she doesn't love them).
DD is almost 10m but there isn't much we haven't tried. Blueberries (super messy FYI! And they stain skin), pineapple, peaches, nectarines, mandarin oranges, avocado, pears, strawberries (I know they are high allergen, but my uncle fed her some w/o me stopping him first and she didn't have a reaction so now she gets them), watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew.
my son is 8 months and he gets real fruit bananas which he loves he says yum when he sees raspberries he likes the strawnerries. watermelon is another favorite, like pp my son rather self feed.

We did BLW, so some of these may seem a little adventurous for you. But Audrey eats bananas, apples, pears, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, avocado, grapes cut in half, blueberries, pineapple... Occasionally cantaloupe, but she's not too fond of that. Oh and oranges. I just check extremely carefully to make sure there aren't any seeds and give her one little section at a time.

My baby is 11 mos old too. In addition to bananas, she eats grapes (cut into 4s), strawberries, blueberries (halved), raspberries, nectarines, peaches, mangos, and more. She only has 2 little teeth on the bottom, but loves all of these!
Re: 11-month-olds... What fruits (not prurees, real fruit) do you give?

I've given him everything and started pretty much at 6 months.
They don't need teeth to chew. Just lots of time.
Pears, plums, peaches, nectarines, apple (bites of mine), blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, etc.
