I posted this in first trimester but I'd thought I would here too.

Hello everyone just introducing myself. My husband and I are expecting our first "combined" child. I have two from a previous marriage (ages 10 and 7) and even though its was a teeny bit of a shock we all are really happy and excited : )

I will say its been a long time since I've been pregnant and whoa the morning sickness is hitting me hard. I had my two children naturally at a birthing center and hope to do so with this one ideally I would like a home birth but at 31 I hope the old bod is up for it.

Although this is the third time around for me I always welcome any tips or suggestions...especially with this morning sickness because I never experienced it with the other pregnancies.

Also does anyone have any experiences using the birthing center located in St. Lukes Roosevelt in NYC? My other two were born at the Brooklyn Birthing Center which was a wonderful experience but I've moved since then and it will just be to far for me to travel.

congrats!

and, 31 is not old, mama!!! get that out of your head right this second! i had my first babe at 29 and my second at home at 33. my next baby will come when i'm about 37, another home birth.
