Has anyone seen the article about questions that are ok to ask?

I read an article a while ago about questions that are ok to ask a parent of a special needs child and questions to avoid.  One in particular was "how is he doing" and instead they suggested asking a more specific question like, "how is speech therapy going?"

Does anyone happen to remember this article?  I would love the link if you have it.
