Happy Bday to my girl! Watermelon Party Pics inside

Happy birthday to my sweet, beautiful Julia! We had her party yesterday. It was a watermelon theme. We were going to have the party at a nearby park, but with 99 degree temps, we brought the party inside to a Community Center.

Oh my goodness, Julia is absolutely beautiful! I'm so in love with her red hair (my LO use to have red hair but now it's turning blonde Crying

). The watermelon theme is super cute and her cake and cupcakes look amazing! I'm jealous of all the june mamas who seem like professional party planners, I'm not that talented!

Thanks! Yeah, we used our local township community center. We were in the room where the township holds their monthly meetings. I guess the trustees sit up there!

That's great you were able to roll with the punches the weather dealt out and still have a great time, as the pictures are proof!

ahh.. thank you! I think she is beautiful, too! I love her red hair, it was quite a surprise. I'm not sure if it will stay red or change.

Thanks for all your kind words about the party! I tried my best to make it special. I was inspired by a lot of other party pictures on here.

The heat always has to put a damper on things!! The theme was a perfect way to cool things down! There's nothing better than watermelon on a hot summer day. Love the cake!
