I"m so proud of my little peanut. She rolled over on Saturday! Both DH and I as well as FIL and Great Grandpa got to see it. Then she did it again and I was able to record it and send it to my mom and MIL.
She rolled over back to tummy. She's so close to rolling tummy to back but she hates tummy time so then she rather screams than tries to do something about it lol
Anyway, just had to share. The rolling over was a big one for me for some reason so I'm super happy that she finally did it
Re: And we're rolling!!!
Yes, as excited as I am I'm also thinking : great now she'll get stuck on her tummy in the middle of the night and I'll have to go in there and rescue her and then once she's also rolling tummy to back she'll be a rolly polly all over the place...
When DD started rolling, we kept running in to save her while she was sleeping. Turns out, she loves sleeping on her tummy. After several naps where I'd lay her down on her back, she'd roll over and cry, I'd run in to put her back on her back, she'd roll over and cry, and so on and so forth, I tried just letting her lay on her tummy. There was much less crying!
Now she just needs to master rolling from tummy to back and she'll be free to do whatever she wants in bed!
