I just bought one for dd's Christmas picture and found it at Sweet Factory in our mall. ?It was $4.

I have found them locally at party stores, the candy store in the mall, or we have a Scheel's (sporting goods store) that has a coffee shop and they sell smaller ones there.

My dollar tree has them in the candy aisle, on the very bottom shelf! I just saw them yesterday.
