Yeah. My MIL is so not right in the head that this is what she said today.
Other things/topics she mentioned - in the span of 2 hours?
- About WHEN she gets to babysit. (Yeah.........no.)
- How apparently LO only needs to be good for DADDY so DADDY can sleep. (And now I understand why it seems that whenever she's over, she tries not to disturb DH but if I'm trying to rest or sleep -b/c you know, I'm the one who gave birth to LO & all- then all is out the window.)
- And she acts like she doesn't get to see LO very much. (Yeah - about every other day isn't very much at all.....)
Almost can't wait for DH to go back to work Friday, Then I'll get to make sure the door is shut & locked & 'pretend' to not hear anyone knock or ring the doorbell.

Good luck with that, my MIL liked to show up all the time with DS1, DH finally had to tell her to call first and then had to tell her to plan visits on evenings and weekends when he was home... she had no respect for nap time!
That would require her to have a job first. Which she doesn't have....or a car.....or her own place. She says she wants to set a good example for her grandkids. Yeah......
I think I would shoot my husband if he gave his mother a key to our house.
She does call. Pretty much if she's not at our house then she's calling our house. Literally. Which most of the time we don't answer our phone. We have it on silent a lot b/c most phone calls aren't for us (they're either telemarketers or calls for our roommates). But apparently if we don't answer that means to come on over.
