correlation of upset tummy & solids strike?

Do you think it is reasonable to assume that when LOs diaherra clears up he will regain an interest in solid food? Trying not to overreact to something small but need reassurance, please.

    I think so!  My Ben Winkhad an ear infection about a month ago and stopped eating solids but as soon as the antibiotics kicked in he started eating again.  Just give him a little time.
