Ok Ladies - I'm on CD 15 and 5DPO - Last night I had some light cramping and this morning I woke up and noticed a small amount of brown discharge when i wiped. It's now 3 1/2 hours later and I have 2 small spots of browny red blood in my panties.

I never expereinced implantation bleeding with my first - Iam not due for my period for another 11 days - has anyone experienced this before is it implantation bleeding?

thoughts? advice? TIA

    Are you sure you O'd 5 days ago? If not, it could be bleeding from ovulation (I didn't know that was possible until I experienced it the past 2 months and did some googling). Cramping can go with O too..

    It could be implantation bleeding, but it seems a bit early for that... I had implantation bleeding with M, but I really dont remember too clearly when it occurred. I think it was a week before my expected period.

    So I guess my answer is wait and see. Good luck!

    I had implantation cramping some time in the week or so after ovulating, don't remember what day for sure. Only way to know for sure is wait and test!

    Did you have sex recently? You could have also just irritated something inside and now some old blood is just coming out.

    Also, as someone else asked, are you sure you ovulated at CD 10? That's pretty early. Maybe you're ovulating now, as they pointed out?

    I have a very predicable 25 day cycle. I O on day 10 or 11 according to temps, FF and OPKs every month for the past 6 months - so I'm certain. we haven't DTD for 2 nights now - so i don't think it's from sex - i have never experienced any cramping or bleeding at this time before - and never for O.

    I guess I'm just trying to find positive pregnancy signs - I shouldn't rest all my hops on a few spots of blood i know. I just have to wait it out!

    With DD I had implantation bleeding on 7 DPO it was very light pink and I had cramps.  The next day the spotting was a little heavier and I really thought I wasn't pregnant, but it stopped.  I continued to have brown spotting during my whole first tri.  My ob said it was implantation bleeding that was just working it's way out.

    I had some light bleeding (more than spotting, but less than a period) at 10 or 12 DPO, the same day I got my BPF using First Response.  It sounded similar to what you're describing, but was several days later.  Good luck!

    Let's hope it's implementation bleeding then! Test in a couple days! I got my BFP at 10 DPO.

    I had Implantation bleeding on CD 16 with Ty!  I thought I had just O'ed but I actually O'ed earlier in my cycle (earlier than normal too), which is how we ended up with our little guy being conceived during our "play it to fate" month!

    Anyway, to me it sounds like implantation bleeding, but I'm definitely not an expert!
