Cramps?

Anyone else getting sharp shooting pains/cramps? I assume it's just the uterus stretching and getting ready but was curious if anyone else has the shooting ones.

I have, but a lot of mine could also be the meds I'm on. Either way, it's completely normal. The past two or three days have become more intense for me, but it's not constant. It happens probably once every two-three hours.

yes lower back and lower abdomen area. I had them with baby #1 too. Your body is stretching big time.

stay hydrated, drink tons of water and rest.

Yup, me too. Mostly dull cramps, but sometimes a sharp stab on one side or the other. Happy to see I'm not the only one.

I've had them too. They aren't constant though. My lower back hurts a lot too. I was nervous at first, but have been glad to hear it is all normal!

My cramps were worse the 2 days around when I would have gotten my period. I'm thinking that's when I had implantation. It've had them on and off throughout the day since. Mine tend to be more bloated type cramps, but I've had some shockers when I lay on my side/stomach at night. I'm sure the uterus is just stretching like crazy.

I've been feeling the same thing - mostly dull achy cramps, but every now I will feel a shooting pain on one side or another. I've been assuming it's just stretching and going with the flow

Mine are on and off, sometimes stronger than others.

I take it as a good sign of a growing uterus and growing baby

I still have barely missed my period yet so I am not really having any symptoms other than feeling bloated and some slight cramps, but I remember feeling very crampy with my 1st...totally normal!

Yup, I am having some cramps too. They were not as strong today as they were the last few days. For some reason I notice them more in the late afternoon and early evening.

Yeah, I remember having them with DD if I really think about it. It's funny, I thought I would never forget a minute of that pregnancy but I really do feel like I'm starting from square one!

Also doesn't help that I had a CP and then early bleeding with this one. The bleeding last week scared the bejesus out of me coming 2 months after the CP! I promise I won't be this paranoid for the whole 9 months!

Yes! Glad it's not just me. I had bad cramps for a few days. And then nothing. Then today, stabbing pain in the right ovary. This is my first, so I've been pretty paranoid about them all.

So glad to know that it isn't just me and that it is normal. I assumed that it was just a typical thing but, it was relieving to know that others are experiencing it as well.

I have. They were worse and more consistent last week. Now I just get them when I really have to pee. I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow

I've had dull achy cramps since my BFP. About every other day I get a couple shooting pains.

It also feels like AF could come any minute. Today is when it usually would. Is this common? When will it pass?

I had round ligament pains early with #2 but nothing yet this time. I'm sure it'll be happening soon enough.

Yes

I was crampy all the way to work today. Sort of feeling like my period was going to start. Whew. Good to know that a lot of you are experiencing this as well.
