However, that is a whole lot of culture and a mouth full of name.
I say pick either Zuzu or Amaya with Marie.
This. Also, it seems meanings are important to you (based on the fact that you included meanings for all three names). If this is true, do you really want names with contradictory meanings: Zuzu and Marie?

Yes. I like the meanings. That's why I picked them.
Zuzu makes me think of those zuzu pets. It also comes off as a nickname rather than a formal name. Amaya is pretty and has a neat meaning, Marie is overdone. I'm going to agree with the other poster on the contradicting meanings of ZuZu and Marie.
Marie is not Hebrew. It is the French for Mary. Which is Greek for Miriam. Miriam is a Hebrew name, not Marie.
Zuzu isn't Yiddish. Zusa is a Yiddish name meaning sweet.
And how can a name have the same meaning in Spanish and Japanese? Anyway according the baby name site I just read, the "night rain" meaning for Amaya is Arabic.
The root of these names may not be relevant to you, but since you chose to include them I figured maybe they are.
I think the name is too long. I think Zuzu is too strange and using a Yiddish name is an odd choice if you aren't an Hasidic Jew. Just Amaya Marie is OK.
Seems you already have your mind made up so not really sure why you asked for thoughts? Zuzu sounds like a name for a pet bird and not sure why you want contradictory meanings.
I'm starting to the feeling OP is just bored tonight.
OP: If you love that name pick, use it. It's not our kid so at the end of the day it doesn't really matter what we say!
I completely respect cultural names, but Zuzu sounds a little too silly. I know kids can find ways to make fun of any name, but kids will certainly make fun of Zuzu. My vote is Amaya Marie.

Totally agree. If you like the name go with it, if you're unsure then listen to everyone's opinions!

All of this.
And do you even speak Yiddish? Besides Hasidic Jews and most grandparents I don't know anyone who does anymore. It's an odd choice for a fn if you have no connection to the culture and language.

W/o reading the other comments, I think that is waaaaay too much name for one little girl. Throwing all those different languages together is kind of confusing. Zuzu is a pet name to me, so you could still call her that, especially since the meaning is "sweet."
I think Amaya Marie would a nice name, though.

I think that if you're going to choose a foreign or ethnic name for your child, you should at least learn what culture it's actually from.
Cultural names are great but if your going to pick a name that is so unique it should be from a culture you belong to. Just because you like the meanings isnt necessarily reason enough to name your child that name they will have to live with it for their entire life.
While I appreciate finding a name with meaning, your sources are all over the place. I'm confident in my assumption that you are not a Hebrew-speaking Yiddish Spainiard of Japanese descent. There's meaning as in definition, and then there's meaning as in influenced by personal life.
Amaya is otherwise pretty, and Marie is common and goes with many names for a mn. Amaya Marie is nice together. Zuzu with anything is not nice.
It’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that I don’t know you. Stranger Danger.
Re: The name Zuzu Amaya Marie. Thoughts on?
I can respect different.
I adore names with cultural significance.
However, that is a whole lot of culture and a mouth full of name.
I say pick either Zuzu or Amaya with Marie.

I respect the name Zuzu as a throwback to It's a Wonderful Life. That movie dates back to 1941 so the name may have had some popularity back then.
If you like it, roll with it. That's all that matters.

I also vote for Amaya Marie.
Zulu is a little out there, but IMO not bad. Amaya seems ok but I would skip Marie as a second mn. Mara is bitter in Hebrew. Marie is French for Mary.
Zuzu sounds like a term of endearment to me.
Amaya is pretty.
I have never cared for Marie--it just sounds dowdy to me.

Zuzu is a good family friend's dog's name.
Amaya (as PP stated) doesn't mean that in either of those languages.
Marie seems like a weird "oh we should probably give her some kind of normal name" throw in.
If you love it, don't ask us... just go for it but I wouldn't do it and I'd have a hard time not side-eyeing someone who did.
This. I love Zuzu. The little girl in the movie is so adorable.
