  We have this one and we really like it: https://www.amazon.com/Tovolo-Perfect-Cube-Tray-Dark/dp/B000QIU7X6/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top. It doesn't have a lid but each cube is 1oz and when we empty the frozen cubes of food into ziplock bags, they stack very nicely for organized freezer storage.

  I was looking at those. Do they come out easily? Does the silicone give it a plastic/rubber taste?

  I never thought of that. They freeze and remove okay? Do they have the weird taste for being silicone?

  I got these, they were on clearance at my target.  the bottom is silicone so they pop out easy.
