Did you register for a high chair? If so, where and which one. If not, why not? I'm debating, mostly because I can't find one at BRU that I'm really happy with.

we didn't register for one. we figured that it'll be a while before we need one and our house isn't super big...we don't have a lot of room to just store one and have it sit there for months. so we'll get one later.
Getting the Stokke Trip Trapp chair. It isn't huge and bulky like conventional high chairs, goes with our decor, made with great quality. It's also ergonomically correct. Can be used through preschool age when they still need a booster because it sits right up to the dinner table.
auchick: I liked the look and the compact folding for this one, but ratings on this said it was hard to clean, do you agree??
Nope not at all. You can just wipe the seat part down, and the tray and 2 removable top trays can be put in the dishwasher, which is about as easy as it gets, IMO!
Excellent - thanks for the first hand advice!

We bought the Chico one. My brother and SIL swear by it. We lucked out and bought a gently used one from a friend of mine.
I really loved the look of the wood Eddie Bauer ones, but they didn't seem functional like the Chico one. It can move to floor height so you can even feed the little one at different levels in different places.

We got this one because we don't have a ton of room. It reclines for infants and converts to a booster seat later on.
registered for Graco one in Deco
got good reviews and goes well in our house. we don't have much of a space issue.
