It looks like it positions the baby well, but it doesn't look like it adjusts at the seat. Typically babies aren't ready to have their legs spread out quite that far before 3-4 months, but it's a fairly easy fix You can fix that by putting a rolled up receiving blanket under baby's butt or by cinching the bottom with a ribbon or hair tie. Depending on how stiff the fabric is, you might not be able to cinch it, but the blanket should work. You can also froggy baby's legs.
I think it's worth $25.

She's been in it since she was 2 months old. She loves it. And it is definitely cooler than the moby, I am kinda sad I don't get to use my moby that often due to heat.
I don't have any carriers like that, but I would personally recommend a mei tai over a soft structured carrier. Mei Tai's are really simple to tie, can be used for front, hip, or back carries, and don't have to be adjusted between users. So if your husband or anyone else might be using it, it's preferable (to me). They are also much cooler because there is no fabric between you and baby, only one panel behind baby, only one layer of straps, and airflow on the sides. The one you're looking at would be cooler than a Moby, but the hip panel and other fabric looks like it might be thick and not breathe well. Check it out in person and take it out of the package if you go for that deal!
