any picnik users?

I learned about this program on 0-6 month board, and I even have directions as to how I can make a pic black and white and add color back in...well I am apparently special....and it is not working for me.  So I was wondering if anyone here has used the site, and if you could help me figure out what i am doing wrong. TIA

    I bookmarked the site after seeing it on 0-6, but I haven't used it yet.  I had no idea you could go that far with editing on there.  I will try it out while I am on vacay, and I will page you if I figure it out.
