My all-day-long sickness has left me eating nothing but saltines, tortilla chips, toast and rice cakes for almost two weeks. It's about all I can seem to handle, but I feel like I'm not getting any nutrition... just empty calories. Anyone have a secret healthy food that can stand up to morning sickness?

Ive been eating a lot of fruit. Bananas, Grapes, Cherries, Strawberries!
Fruit have been good for me. Apples and grapes, etc. Peanut Butter sandwiches worked really well too. Cereal! It was my best friend a couple weeks ago. lol
Also, when I started taking my prenatal vitamins (in the morning with breakfast) I started feeling a little better.
