My loss was after a twin pregnancy and pre-term labor that came on unexpectedly at 32 weeks. My daughter passed several days after the birth due to injuries during the c-section, and while the pre-term labor can be partially explained by the twin pregnancy and we have an explanation as to what caused my daughter's death, I'm still so scared about what the third trimester is going to bring.
I am seeing an MFM at 12 weeks for an NT scan and to discuss some early recommendations since regardless of the benefit of an explanation, preterm labor and a neonatal death make this pregnancy high risk.
So my question is for other late loss moms, especially those that had preterm labor - what extra precautions is your doctor taking with this pregnancy? Any interventions or recommendations like bed rest? I just know that regardless of how anything looks that I'm going to be begging for my doctors to do everything they think is prudent.
Thanks ladies - T & Ps to all of you and your rainbow pregnancies.

Remembering Robby
My loss was due to a placental abruption at 37+ weeks. He died four days later. We are doing twice weekly NSTs, doppler ultrasounds twice a week to monitor the amount of blood flow to the baby's brain, growth ultrasounds, and kick count charting. ((hugs)) PgAL is so tough
