Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Maclaren Triumph question

I just bought our first umbrella stroller (Maclaren triumph) and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the seat so that it is most upright it can be (to match what I see in advertisement pictures of the stroller - it seems like it should be able to go up further. I get how to adjust the back strap thing-a-ma-jig, but it only brings it up so far (still on a decent incline). Does anyone have this stroller? If so, am I just out of luck - that's the most it will go upright? My toddler likes to see everything - he's not an incline kid.

As an update, I rigged it such that it is more upright now, but I had to detach the two snap straps that snap onto the frame, and then wrap the other straps around the front of the frame to snap in the back (they usually just go together in the back)...I know that isn't the way it is supposed to work, so if there is a different way, let me know.
