Could you DIY? I've seen tutorials on using a small hand held circular saw (a Ryobi type) to cut out a tile or sections of tile and get out the grout and then just re-instal a non-cracked piece and re-grout. I would guess a tile store would either be able to do it, or have contractors that could.

exactly what I was thinking DIY would be cheapest, and should be fairly simple, Im not sure on pricing if someone did it for you, but I cant imagine it would be expensive, especailly if you get the materials yourself.
