Hi everyone! I'm usually over on the TTCAL board but thought I might get more answers over here.
I am on my third cycle using the Clearblue for TTC purposes and it's doing something strange. (I used it for a couple of years taking part in a study on using it with NFP for preventing pregnancy, didn't use it for a couple of years, and re-set it when I started using it again.) I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It asked for a test on CD9, which read High. I am now on CD18 and have had 10 tests in a row, all reading High. I have never gone so long without a peak reading! I did have some fertile CF around CD10, but then didn't for about a week. I have some creamy CF now. I usually have a very clear CF pattern, such that I was able to use that as my only sign and avoided getting pregnant for years.
Here is a link to my charts. I don't temp. https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3be5b6 I'm not sure if you can see all my cycles, but I do usually O pretty late. I O'd CD19 my first cycle after my miscarriage, and CD17 the next one, so I guess I could O in a day or two.
Has anyone had a long run of High readings like this and then gone on to have a Peak reading? Do you think I might just be having an anovulatory cycle?
Thanks for any help or advice!
Re: Does anyone else use a Clearblue Monitor?
It could be. Or it could be that you haven't O'd yet and you're Oing late this cycle. Don't stress out too much about it. You're probably having a wonky cycle which happens to all of us.

Yes, I had that when I was using it trying to get pregnant with DD. I'm pretty sure it ended up being an anovulatory cycle, actually, although I wasn't temping at the time. Right when I was gearing up to O (and started getting high readings), I had an international flight, which is always stressful for me. It ended up being a 48 day cycle that ended in really light bleeding (breakthrough bleeding, I think). All the HPTs I took were negative.
Remember that once the CBEFM hits "high" fertility, it doesn't go back down to low unless you pass through "peak" first. That means that if your estrogen rises (triggering "high") and then falls again, the only way you'll get out of that "high" reading is if your estrogen rises again and then you get an LH surge (triggering "peak") within the timeframe that the CBEFM is still requesting test sticks.

That's really interesting. I didn't know that! That actually makes a lot of sense, since I was on vacation the first day of testing, then had time zone changes and a few late nights from traveling. I can see that maybe I was gearing up to O and then got thrown off, and am now gearing up to O again. We'll see what happens.
Thanks, ladies! I'm trying not to stress out too much about it. You know how it is...
