Saw that someone posted about Tom & Katie divorcing. He seems like a psycho. I'm sure she'll be better off.

I'm just surprised that the marriage lasted as long as it did. I used to like him but he got too weird and kind of creeps me out now.

Sure, I agree Tom's a whackjob, but Katie always seemed a little "off" to me, too...

Can't wait to see what that Suri's Burn Book has to say about this.

ETA: just read that SHE is the one that filed for the divorce. I do give her credit for that. Makes me wonder about the 5 year contract rumor though.

I admit I thought about that too! Nicole Kidman alluded to some weird stuff, but yeah, with the kid it makes it harder.

It is interesting timing, given that whole 5 year "contract" rumor that was rolling around. She's probably been counting down the days when she could finally file.

Whoa! hadn't heard about that five year deal thing, but man that really makes a lot of sense! Wonder if it was worth it - if that was the case!

Except that they were married November 18, 2006, which means they were together 5 years, 7 months, and 11 days. So maybe there were some stipulations in there that made her stay a bit longer?
