OMG totally peed the pants at Target

SNISSING IS EVIL! I was at target, sneezed, and completely, not just a a drop, peed my damn pants. SO FREAKING EMBARRESSING!  Anyone else pretty much empty there darn bladder in public yet? I really gotta get those kegels happening more regularly.

    That sucks! I wear a liner.  I have a cough right now so that's fun. I'm at work and have to keep running to the bathroom. Luckily it's close.

    omg this is my worst nightmare because I swear I sniss on an hourly basis no matter how much I pee or do kegels!

    I had a coughing fit the other day at the house and was wearing a skirt.  I had to shower after because I had pee running down my leg.  I told my hubby that he'd better not ever bring it up again.

    This totally happened to me last Saturday night when DH and I were in Target. Luckily I was wearing a black skirt and I was able to duck into an empty aisle to deal with the situation. So. Freaking. Embarassing.

    DH was mortified. :/
