Spraygrounds? Anyone know of any?

I have heard there is a sprayground at the Snyder Ave park in Berkeley Heights but after googling it online, a lot of people have said it is never open.  I tried calling the Parks & Rec office to ask, but no one ever answers the phone.  Anyone been here or know if it is open?  If not, are there any other spraygrounds?  I live in Morris County so I probably would not be driving down to Monmouth County for the ones down there.  Any up north?
