Question for those pregnant with baby # 2 (poll)

I'm currently in the two-week wait and it happened on the first try last time. I'm on cycle 2 now (after annovulation last cycle) so I'm obsessing a bit! :P

It happened our first cycle trying. I am EBF (plus solids now of course), but had had my cycles back since 7 weeks PP. I didn't think it would happen quite so quickly, but knew it was possible.

I'm trying for #3...but trying for number 2, I got pregnant 3 months after trying, but miscarried, then it took another 8 months to get pregnant again

I got pg cycle #1 with baby #1. Then got pg cycle #1, miscarried and it took over a year to get pg again.

It took us a year to get pregnant for both #1, and my pregnancy that ended in m/c in March. It was the first cycle after the m/c that I got pregnant this time.

With our first child we got pregnant the first cycle. This pregnancy took us 4 cycles.

Baby #1 took 6 cycles and #2 was 1 cycle. We figured it would take a bit but Mr. Super sperm got the job done the first try!

#1 was a honeymoon baby. I got pregnant with the rest on the first cycle I got my period back while BFing. (I'm still BFing #3 right now) So, technically we've gotten pregnant on the first try all four times. DH can look at me and get me pregnant.

With #1 we needed 5 months, with #2 (m/c) it happened in the first cycle, and then this was also our first TTC cycle after the miscarriage (we waited one and then started TTC again). Unfortunately, just because it happened in the 1st cycle with your first doesn't mean anything for this next one. Good luck!

I chose 1-2 cycles, because I got pregnant with the pregnancy I miscarried on the first cycle trying.

This time, I was on my 4th cycle trying.

Thanks everyone. I know it can take much longer (and considering I have a baby right now, that's okay!... lol). I guess when you are 'trying' you can't help but to get wrapped up a bit, especially in the 2WW.

#2 for us was complicated. We originally started trying in October 2011 and got pregnant right away. Unfortunately we had a m/c in January at 11 weeks. We got the go ahead from the Dr. to try again with February's cycle and had a chemical pregnancy in March, but were given the okay to just continue trying. I got my BFP mid-May and here we go again!
