First time CIO - I am a wreck

in December 2011 Moms

DD is up until midnight every night - sleeps until 7 am - and naps very seldomly. I am tired. DH is tired.
We set the timer for 15 minutes - it's been 3. DD is crying so loud. I am crying too.

    Stick with it! It'll be so worth it...DS is wry stubborn and cried about 40 min the first night. We couldn't go check on him either (unless we did it without him seeing or hearing us) otherwise it made him even more mad.

    Hang in there!  The first few nights can be so rough on everyone, but I think you'll find that it's worth it in the long run.
