Recommend your body pillow?

Hi Ladies,

Thinking of dragging my husband to the store this weekend for a nice comfy maternity pillow. I know I will be glad I did later on. Can anyone recommend theirs and why they love it? I know a girl at work who has the c-shaped one and she swears by it, but I figured I would get some other opinions.

TIA!

  • I just have a regular body pillow that works like a charm for me right now. $10 at Target.

  • I had the snoogle which I loved but I turn over often during the night and it was a pain to have to flip the whole thing over each time.  Towards the end I was too big to flip it so I got a regular body pillow and that worked well and was a lot easier to maneuver.  I really want the one that is like a big u shape so you just flip yourself, not the pillow.  Oh and I also really want the wedge, I think boppy makes it, for the very end.  it was very uncomfortable not having something under my belly.

  • I have the Leachco Back 'n Belly pillow.  I love it because I was a tummy sleeper and it allows me to fake sleep on my tummy.  I also am not a one position sleeper so it allows me to comfortably move around at night but still stay comfortably in the pillow.  The best thing is I can take pressure off my hips with it.  It is also very firm and overstuffed so it doesn't deflate over the course of the night.

It is U shaped and contoured.  I tried out the long pillows but as I would move I would knock it off the bed or end up waking up in pain no longer using it.

  • The snoogle!!  I call him "snoogs".  DH hates him because I never snuggled up to hm anymore.  It made my nights so much nicer..like sleeping in a hug!

  • I had the small sized Boppy but packed it up to be returned after trying to use it for 10 minutes! It wasn't long enough to tuck between my knees & hug at the same time so I'm still searching too!
  • I loved my snoogle with DD! DH called it the "pillow wall" and yes it's hard to turn over, but I seriously wouldn't have slept a wink without it! I didn't get it until 2nd tri (at least) and won't drag it out again until then this time.
