Sexy time fail

Uuuuugh. I am 11 weeks pp and we tried to DTD last night. Big fat fail. I'm so disappointed. It hurt. It felt like just one small part of my vagina wall was scratched up. It wasn't friction or a lack of lube. :(

Would you call your OB for this or wait it out a little while longer? Anyone else experience something similar?

    This happened after DD1. I had an epi and that area was extremely sensitive. Even months later, I still had discomfort there. That being said, I was extremely anxious and focused on that and I think it made it a lot worse. I did talk to my ob about it much later when I had a pap and she said to have a glass of wine and relax!

    I also recommended Pink Water lube, it is more water based, so not as sticky/nasty as some of the other ones out there. I bought mine online, but they probably have it at walgreens or something too.

    Me too, probably even longer. This time around, no pain! I'm so pleasantly suprised!

    for me it has been a little painful each time (3rd baby) but is tolerable and eventually eased to normal :-)  good luck

    we've tried three times - i'm not enjoying it because of the discomfort, but hubby is enjoying it just fine ;) 

    can go to the OB for a hormone cream as that can help the situation, or just use lots and lots of lube with very gentle foreplay before gentle sexy time.
