non-crawlers

Our LO isn't crawling yet, I've been assured some babies dont crawl. He rolls everywhere and scoots when he wants something out of reach, but I want this milestone, neighboors daughter just started and is so adorable. Anyone's LO not crawling yet and if no crawling did they walk sooner?

    My LO is not crawling.  She has been late on everything.  She didn't roll until 6 months and didn't sit up on her own until 8 months.  I think she is going to be slow at walking too.  She also doesn't pull herself up to sit or stand.

    My niece didn't start crawling until right before she turned 1 and didn't walk until 15 months.  Some kids are just slower than others.

    DD does not crawl but took her first steps at 8.5m and has been walking pretty good since 9m.  She's almost 10m old.

    No crawling here either. DD does the same thing- rolls wherever she needs to go.

    LO doesn't crawl either, just scoots everywhere.  She'll walk when we hold her hands and stand with something to hold on to.  My MIL told me that both DH and my BIL never crawled either - they just scooted - and they were both born before the whole "back to sleep" hoopla.

    Olivia just turned 9 months and isn't crawling either. I don't think she will...she shows no desire to try. When she is on her stomach she automatically rolls right to her back.  She does walk holding our hands and that is pretty much ALL she wants to do now. I am sad that I might not get to experience the cuteness of crawling. Sad  I did read that most babies don't crawl until they are 9-10 months...so maybe there is hope. LOL

    that is exactly how I feel, I have been waiting to see him shaking his little but as he crawls across the floor but I dont think we're going to get to see it either. Strange though on his elbows and knees, butt straight up in the air, but not when he's playing lol
