What are your energy levels and sleep patterns like ladies? I felt a little groggy last night for the first time but other than that, I've felt pretty normal energy-wise.
However, I've been waking up between 1-1.5 hours before my alarm every morning unable to fall back asleep! I usually lay there for a little while and then eventually get up and do things (HW yesterday, weeding my garden today). Guess I'll take advantage of it if while I can! Anyone else doing this or am I the only crazy?

I've been sleeping fairly well, just a lot of waking up during the night but I fall back asleep quickly. Energy wise I'm ok until about 7pm then I can't stop yawning and want to just pass out.
I have days where I feel great and other days (like Monday and Tuesday) where I feel like I got hit by a bus. I took a 1.5 hour nap on Monday in the middle of the day! I never do that!
I am finding that I have to get up and pee A LOT more in the middle of the night. I'm usually a once a nighter, but lately it's been 2 or 3 times I'm up and peeing
Also, being constipated/gassy really disrupts my sleep at night. It's hard to get comfortable when you feel like an overinflated balloon.
Yep, 6:30-7 seems to be when it hits me. I got a little sleepy at my desk around lunch the other day too. I felt like I could just lay down and take a cat nap.
All of this is me too!
