Nothing could wipe the smile off my face!!!

We just got back from our 12 wk appointment and was able to hear the heartbeat. She told us not to be alarmed if she doesn't find it right away, but she did, instantly. It was 178 BPM and so strong, it was so amazing. I starting crying and laughing at the same time, but then the machine picked it up and made a weird sound so I had to hold it in. It was incredible, if you haven't heard your babies heartbeat, it's magical.....

    With DD it was the best sound I've ever heard in my life.   I can't wait to hear it again!  Congrats!

    Congrats! I cannot wait to hear the heartbeat and see everything! My first apt is at 7 wks (it was actually my annual but I am just going to pretend like I didn't know I'd have to re-schedule an appt. - - or just pretend like I don't know I'm pregnant??)

     

    I feel like hearing the heartbeat will make it less surreal. Congrats!
