A friend of mine recommended lemon drop candy. So far, that's the best thing I've found. Just thought I'd share.

Re: Nausea relief
lemon water too! with real lemons, and not the fake stuff.
also, my dr told me to take a Unisom at night, to help with the insomnia and nausea. I feel like a new person today. lol
I have been getting queasy if I have an empty stomach. So I keep crackers on hand so I can nibble a bit to make sure that I never have an empty stomach. Also, I've got an aversion to the smell of coffee... ugh.
Gingerale has been my go to drink to sip. But I also read that sucking on pepermints can help with nausea as well as memory retention... or at the baby stores they sell "mommy pops" and "mommy pop drops" which are supposed to help too.
My main issue is I keep getting heartburn - it gets so bad I think I am going to throw up... so far I've been lucky to not have any actually vomiting yet.
Good luck!
