Almost 6 hours with no wet diaper

Question...my son is 5 weeks and last. Ought I fed him from 8:15-about 9:15 then at 10:15 changed his wet diaper and put him to bed. He didn't wake up till 4 and had no wet diaper but then did have a wet diaper within 10 min of being up and feeding. Should I be concerned? He is a breastfeeding baby.thanks so much,

    My baby does that sometimes as well. He will wait to pee until he wakes up. The pedi said it was fine.

    Mine does this too at night ;)  Don't be worried as long as you have plenty of wet diapers during the day.

    Our pedi said baby just gets into such a deep sleep she 'forgets to go' in her sleep. As long as there are no other signs of dehydration it's ok!

    Definitely have more than enough wet diapers...so I won't worry for now:)

    I've had that happen before... Mostly at night.

    They will pee soon and when they do it will be A LOT!!
