Came across this and bought a pack!  It's an information pack you stick on the back of your kid's carseat with all their emergency contact info and identification, in case you are ever in a carwreck and are unable to communicate or have passed away.  That way the emergency responders will be able to quickly contact someone and will know your child's name (since they probably can't tell their info if they are small enough to be in a carseat or are scared.)  There's a sticker to stick on the back window too, so that the emergency responders know to look for the info.  It's a national program.  I thought for a second that strangers could also somehow use this to kidnap your child or something... but really, you could find all our info if you dug through my car for a minute...   I decided I have a real fear of my child being abandoned for too long if something was to happen to me and this was a great idea!
