TMI Poo Question

I've literally been constipated for 7 months and the past week I've had the opposite problem. Anyone else? I don't think I should be concerned but just wondering WTH is going on

Yesterday, several of us found that we're poo-ing multiple times a day.

I pooped twice today in 2 hours.
