PSA: Sweet Bottoms Baby

Just thought I'd plug this site.  I've ordered a few different covers from them.  They're prices are pretty competitive with Amazon and they have free shipping.  It was fast, too (though I admit they're pretty close to me).  Good customer service, as well. They accidentally shipped me someone else's order in addition to mine.   They e-mailed me a new label and told me if I'd be willing to drop it off at the post office they'd give me a $5 credit.

Every package comes wrapped in brown paper and tied with raffia and includes a hand written thank you note.

    They aren't local to me at all, but I absolutely love them! They are very personable, and always fast. I love that you get points when shopping (which I know multiple websites offer) and you can redeem a gift card.

    They also have a "build your own bundle" option if you look at the bottom of their website -- it lets you get a discount when you plan on buying a lot of diapers.

     I didn't know about the bundle.  Good to know!

    On the flip side, I had a horrible customer service experience with this company. I will NEVER spend my money there after how rudely and unprofessionally I was treated, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you want a fantastic CD shop, try Jack Be Natural instead.

    I also had a terrible time with them. They are liars and I called them out on it because I had email proof. They stood by their lies, and even the manufacturer couldn't believe it when the email was copied to them. I'd rather spend my money else where, their deals are not unbeatable.

    I've had mixed experiences with them.  Most of my orders have been great, but another order of mine was messed up 3 or 4 times before it was made right (they sent the wrong item, twice, then sent my order to someone else (while I got the other person's order), and it took over a month to rectify when it was all said and done).  There was a lot of back and forth and some of their responses weren't very CS friendly.  They did come around and made it right, but it still soured my initial very positive opinion of them.
