If you are up to it, you can sleep train. Has she slept in her own crib at all? Where is she for naps? You can do Ferber, CIO with checks at certain intervals, or you can do something more "gentle" like the Sleep Lady Shuffle. Her's includes something like CIO, because there will be tears, but you sit on a chair in the room until LO falls asleep, instead of leaving the room, and move the chair back and back progressively each night until you are out of the room. This method is supposed to take longer, where CIO Ferber method usually takes less than a week, usually 3-5 nights. I have heard other methods used here, but Ferber and Sleep Lady are the only one's I have read about myself. I think there is the No Cry Sleep Solution, not sure what it entails, maybe someone here can tell you about it. IMO Ferber is the best bet for a quick solution, but you have to be ready for it, and you have to stick it out, because it's hard. GL.
