Hi ladies, I am beginning my inj. tonight for my first inj. round for baby number 2. I am wondering how many rounds medicated it took for you all to get pg if an IUI worked. For DS, we had 2 clomid cycles and one Bravelle that finally worked. THis time we are skipping the clomid and moving right to Follistim. I was kind of wondering if it has ever worked for anyone on the first try. I can not say that it worked for me the first try because I did have two clomid cycles first. Give me some encouragement!

    I did 3 follistim/IUI cycles. I got pg each time. The first two I had early m/c...so far #3 was our sticky baby!!

    I did two clomid cycles but did not O. My first injectables cycle with Bravelle worked! GL

    I did, clomid (no response) and then follistim and IUI in same cycle and got my twins!

    We conceived our DS easily, no meds. We had secondary IF with DD - 5 failed clomid cycles (1 with IUI). Our 1st injectable cycle (Gonal F) resulted in our BFP =)

    We had 2 failed Clomid cycles and then Follistim w/ IUI and it worked!  Best of luck this cycle!

    Our 3rd IUI with injectibles worked!

    Dx: PCOS/Amenorrhea/Anovulatory/lining problems. Clomid = BFN's. Lots of cancelled cycles due to thin lining or cysts. IUI#1= Follistim, estrace and endometrin = BFN IUI#2= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories and endometrin= BFN. IUI#3= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories, femtrace and endometrin= BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isabella born in June via C-section!!!!! She is so incredible!     Gonal-F worked for us on the first try! We had 5 cycles of Femara first, but the first injectable, plus steroids plus Ovidrel cycle worked.  Good luck this cycle :)

    With DS I got pregnant on my first Gonal F/HCG trigger/ b2b IUI. It can happen...dont lose hope!! :o) This time around I am currently in the 2ww of my second cycle (same protocol) but with Metformin this time.
